Ninja Tune 旗下最強 Audio-Visual 二人組合，英國 Club Scene 中名聞遐邇的 VJ，擅於化解資訊焦慮與科技中毒的音像魔術師，是世界各大數位藝術及多媒體藝術節的常客
魔力靜電 Hexstatic 的成員 Stuart Warren Hill 以及 Robin Brunson 自1995年起便開始替舞廳製作視覺效果，其中以 Ninja Tune 的 Stealth club night 最為人稱道，是舞廳 VJ 潮流的先趨之一。「魔力靜電」與 Coldcut 是多年的合作夥伴，收錄於Coldcut 1997年專輯《Let Us Play》並於1998年發行的獲獎單曲"Timber"，將擷取自景觀生態電影的影像與聲音重新穿插交疊，剪輯成具有綿密節奏聲線的影音同步驚世之作。自此「魔力靜電」成為最熱門搶手的影音設計師，除了持續替知名舞廳及俱樂部如 Gatecrasher 等製作投影，替英國著名的電視台如第四頻道、MTV等設計片頭與串場影片，擔任 Coldcut 世界巡迴的視覺設計，還從流行樂界跨足至藝術領域，於2000年受邀至巴黎龐畢度中心參展，更是世界各大數位藝術及多媒體藝術節的常客。
《迴轉 Rewind》是「魔力靜電」於2000年8月發行的第一張影音雙料大碟。如果說工業音樂包含了工廠機械與敲打破銅爛鐵的聲音元素，「魔力靜電」的音樂可被稱為「資訊科技音樂」(IT Music)，將播接上網、電話留言、新聞播報、電玩音效等聲音巧妙剪輯混音，成為一首首融合放克、嬉哈、碎拍節奏的復古電子放克。視覺的部份更是出神入化，別以為這只不過是買 CD 送音樂錄像的舊名堂，等到點選進入每首曲目，眼睛與嘴巴只會隨著螢幕上出現的聲響畫面而越張越大：小蜜蜂時代電視遊樂器經典畫面、藉由圓點馬賽克化的抽象A片、八○年代美國B級忍者電影、從新聞主播臉上裁剪下來的一群嘴巴……影像與聲音結合之緊密已到了水乳交融渾然一體的地步，名副其實是世界首張AV(audio-visual)專輯，缺一不可。CD-ROM 中還加入了剪輯混音工具，讓使用者在與影像互動時玩出自己的音樂。
2004年10月發行第二張專輯《主視野 Master View》獲選英國舞曲雜誌「DJ」給予四顆半星超高評價並選為全年最佳專輯第27名；本專輯再次以CD + DVD形式發表，延續他們音樂與影像合一的創作概念，每首跳脫 Electro Breakbeat / Funky Breakbeat 作品都搭配著精心製作的MV而來。特別的是隨專輯送上「紅藍」眼鏡，讓聽者進一步體驗影片本身的3D立體效果！
The dynamic duo, Hexstatic, return to the fray with their finest album yet. Taking their electro obsession to greater heights than ever before, hen Robots Go Bad" finds Robin Brunson and Stuart Warren-Hill mashing up sounds and influences in search of the ultimate machine groove. From the first track "Red Laser Beam" they lay out their wares - crunching guitar samples, huge drum box beats and enough synths to drown a nation beneath a sea of (sine) waves. It's such a euphoric opening that it's hard to imagine how they can keep the pressure up but with "Roll Over" they quickly lays any fears to rest. Featuring new vocal find Sabirajade, this is a swinging groove of heavily-layered keyboards and soulful, sultry vocals. "Freak Me" features B+, a female MC from Australia whilst "Prom Night Party" is a complete re-work of a classic 'lost' track from Mike Ladd's "Majesticons" project. "Subway" gives way to Edinburgh MC Profisee and a tune for a new generation of breakers before the vocoder takes over, leaving the superb "Bust" to offer an object lesson in the contrasting ways in which synths and drum boxes can be used to create cut-up, deconstructed computer boogie dance music.
